Well&Plenty

Good intentions still need good implementation.

Well & Plenty works with organizations, public agencies, funders, employers, property partners, service providers, and others building services and opportunities that have to work in real life.

Our capabilities span program development and implementation, residential operations, workforce development, facilitation, partnership development, training, technical assistance, and systems-focused advisory work.

We work with public agencies · funders & foundations · nonprofits & service providers · employers · property owners & housing partners.

Conversations & Media

What working together looks like.

  1. 1A discovery conversation about what you're building or fixing
  2. 2Scope and proposal
  3. 3Design, facilitation, or implementation support
  4. 4Review and handoff, so your team can run it

We pay attention to what happens between the boxes.

Something can work perfectly on paper and still be difficult to navigate in real life.

Well & Plenty brings a perspective that considers both the system and the person experiencing it—particularly where housing, employment, transportation, family, finances, justice involvement, and access to resources intersect.

Because working on paper isn’t the same as working in somebody’s life.

Let’s build something that works.
